I am not a doctor but I have learned a lot about how to lose weight. Over the years I have tried every diet, weight loss plan, and fad diet you can think of. It was only when I researched food and health that lifelong, sustainable, weight loss starting happening. I know I will never be overweight again because the way I eat now guarantees it. I’m not a perfect eater. I still eat things I shouldn’t. But a plant based, vegan diet, has unlocked a world of diet and weight loss for me that I never dreamed possible.
