I have three weight loss apps I use and find extremely helpful. I have been doing this since 2013 so I have a bit of experience with it.
I have tried hundreds of apps to help me lose weight over the years but these are the only three I am still using. One app helps me lose weight by making it really easy to track my calories. Another app is a great app to take daily weight measurements. It keeps track of your rate of weight loss and makes accurate predictions about future weight loss goals. And the final app is amazing for helping me stay motivated while exercising.
