It’s so crazy to think that in only 11 weeks I have lost 11 pounds! And it’s even crazier to think I have done it without dieting. Not in the traditional sense.
I still eat cookies, fajitas, burritos, Chinese food, and anything else I want. It has nothing to do with what I eat. Or how much I eat. All I have to worry about is WHEN I eat. I love it!
