A new Harvard study of over 60,000 dieters confirms that a low-carb diet is the absolute best way to lose weight.
On Today’s Show will be talking about a brand new study from Harvard that looked at over 60,000 dieters to see if a low-carb diet or a low-fat diet was the best way to lose weight. They examined people who had been on a diet for at least one year to see which diet had the best results.
This study showed that people that were on a low fat diet we’re actually two pounds heavier at the end of the year while people that followed a low-carb diet were on average 8 lb lighter at the end of the year.
