Do you know why you are overweight? I just started thinking about it this past week and came up with the answer. It’s a simple one-word answer. And it may surprise you. We will also be talking about exercise for people who are handicapped or injured. It you have an injury or medical condition it can make it very hard to exercise. And of course we will be talking about intermittent fasting as my diet plan of choice.
