More Sugar And Carbohydrates To Lose Weight

Everything you have heard about weight loss is a lie. If you want to lose more weight you need to eat more sugar. Yes, more carbohydrates are the key to weight loss. This isn’t some fad diet. This is what the healthiest known large populations of people have eaten since the beginning of humanity. The low carb craze is a lie. People who say lose weight by not eating sugar are wrong.

All large populations of healthy people have relied on starch, or carbohydrates, as their staple food since the beginning of verifiable human history. In the past 100 years the west has gotten away from this. And now we have the fattest countries on the planet, plagued with chronic disease and obesity. The easiest way to lose weight is to eat more sugar and carbohydrates. Carbohydrates and sugar are key for weight loss and health.

  1. “This is what the healthiest known large populations of people have eaten since the beginning of humanity.”
THIS IS NOT TRUE. THE HEALTHIEST POPULATIONS EAT A BASIC MEDITERRANEAN DIET.

“All large populations of healthy people have relied on starch, or carbohydrates, as their staple food since the beginning of verifiable human history.”
NOT TRUE. EARLY HUMANS ATE MOSTLY MEAT AND PLANTS. STARCHES AND SUCH DID NOT BECOME PREVALENT UNTIL THE 1600’S.

“In the past 100 years the west has gotten away from this.”
NOT TRUE. THE PAST 100 YEARS HAS SHOWN AN INCREASE IN THIS.

“And now we have the fattest countries on the planet, plagued with chronic disease and obesity.”
BECAUSE OF THE LOW FAT HIGH CARB CRAZE FROM THE LATE 60’S THROUGH THE 70’S.
